The tilling of soil, the raising of crops, horticulture, forestry, or gardening for domestic or commercial uses, including the keeping of one large farm animal for each 2.5 acres, one small farm animal for each acre, and up to 25 confined fowl or rabbits per lot, but excluding retail sales of products.
