The required developed recreation space shall not be less than 10% of the total gross area of the PUD.

Private streets may be permitted in a PUD, provided that their construction standards are approved by the City Engineer.

From the ordinance
The minimum permitted size for any PUD shall be five contiguous acres. The permitted density, in dwelling units per gross acre, shall not be more than 10 dwelling units per gross acre. The required open space shall not be less than 50% of the total gross area of the PUD. The required developed recreation space shall not be less than 10% of the total gross area of the PUD. The maximum height of any building or structure in a PUD District shall be 55 feet.
