The guarantee shall be provided in the following amount: 1. Total estimated cost of construction based on unit prices, approved by the Board of Supervisors or designee; 2. Plus, an additional 10% of the total estimated cost of construction to cover administrative costs, inflation, and potential damage to existing roads or facilities, as permitted by the Code of Virginia, § 15.2-2241.
