Where the Board of Zoning Appeals finds that extraordinary hardships or particular difficulties may result from strict compliance with these regulations, they may approve variations or exceptions to the regulations, provided that such variations or exceptions shall not have the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of this Ordinance
