The guarantee shall be provided in the following amount: (1) Total estimated cost of construction based on unit prices, approved by the Board of Supervisors or designee; (2) Plus, an additional 10% of the total estimated cost of construction to cover administrative costs, inflation, and potential damage to existing roads or facilities, as permitted by the Code of Virginia, § 15.2-2241.
