  • Cessation for 90 days requires new SUP

    Should any Adult-Oriented Use cease operations for 90 or more consecutive days, it may not resume nor be replaced without a new SUP.

  • Minimum separation from other adult uses and sensitive uses1,000 ft

    Adult-Oriented Use may not be located within 1,000 feet of any other permitted Adult-Oriented Use, certain residential/commercial districts, or schools.

  • Adult-Oriented Uses must obtain a Special Use Permit (SUP) according to the standards provided in Article 6.

Adult-Oriented Uses must obtain a Special Use Permit (SUP). Adult-Oriented Uses are only allowed with a SUP in the M-I, Industrial-Manufacturing zoning district. An Adult-Oriented Use may not be located within 1,000' of any other permitted Adult-Oriented Use, within 1,000' of any SR-R, T-R, S-R, NT-R, OT-R, A-R, MHP-R, TO-C, C-E, CB-C, or TW-C zoning district, or within 1,000' of any school, childcare center, or family day home.
