Each lot must maintain a minimum street frontage of at least twenty-five (25) feet. Pipestem lots are not permitted in any residential district. Structural overhangs may extend not more than three feet into any required yard. Uncovered decks may extend not more than four feet. Swimming pools may project into side and rear yards at least ten feet from property lines. Commercial above ground fuel storage tanks not less than 100 feet from any residential district.
