Density
- Net developable area calculation
The maximum density or yield (in terms of total allowable residential dwelling units) shall be calculated based on the net developable area of the existing lot or property subject to development or subdivision prior to the improvement of the site, less the area which is either (a) existing deeded and/or dedicated public right-of-way contiguous to or located within the boundary of the lot, or (b) depicted on the City's adopted Official Map or Future Land Use Plan for proposed public right-of-way.
