  • Building separation for structures over 35 feet30 ft

    Where structures exceed the 35-foot height requirement a building separation of 30 feet shall be required.

From the ordinance

All structures: 75 feet. The height limit shall be 35 feet in height. The height limit for principal structures may be increased to 70 feet or up to five stories, whichever is lesser; provided, that each required yard is increased one foot for each additional foot of principal structure height over 35 feet.
