All principle buildings: Two and one-half stories but not to exceed 35 feet. Minimum front yard setbacks: On new subdivision roads: 50 feet. Minimum side yard setback: On new subdivision roads: 20 feet. Minimum rear yard setback: Principle structures: 50 feet.
