Floodplain
- Anchoring required
All new construction and substantial improvements shall be anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure.

In the floodway district, no development shall be permitted except where the effect of such development on flood heights is fully offset by compensatory improvements... The following uses and activities are permitted... agricultural uses, recreational uses, accessory residential uses, temporary nonresidential uses... The following uses and activities are permitted only upon the issuance of a zoning permit: streets, bridges, utility transmission lines, dams, etc.
