  • Landscape zone width5 ft

    All required street trees, streetlights, and pedestrian lights shall be provided in the landscape zone, which shall be five foot minimum.

  • Landscaping shall be kept to no more than 36 inches tall for ground cover and limbed up to no lower than six-foot above ground.

  • Sidewalk clear zone width5 ft

    Sidewalks meeting VDOT standards shall be installed in the sidewalk clear zone, which shall be a minimum of five feet.
