  • Non-conforming use ceases after two years2 years

    If any such non-conforming use or structure ceases for any reason for a period of more than two years, any subsequent use shall conform to the regulations.

  • Non-conforming use may not be enlarged

    No such non-conforming use, building, or structure shall be enlarged or increased or extended to occupy a greater area of land than was occupied at the effective date of adoption.

  • Restoration of non-conforming use limited to 50% damage50 pct

    No building or structure which has been damaged to the extent of more than 50 percent of the fair market value shall be restored except in conforming with the regulations.

  • Non-conforming uses may continue

    Any legal use, building, or structure existing at the time of adoption of this ordinance may be continued even though it may not conform with the provisions of this ordinance.
