The following provisions of this section shall apply to signs located within a B-2, B-3, or SC-1 zoning district that are located within 2,500 feet of the center of the median strip of the four-lane primary highway known as U.S. Route 460 from the West Virginia state line to the interchange with State Route 720 and shall be located no less than 100 feet from the nearest residential zoning district.
