  • Landscaping of unused areas

    Any part of the project not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading and accessways shall be landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs or pedestrian walkways.

From the ordinance

The aggregate of all buildings proposed shall not exceed 30 percent of the entire lot area of the project. No building shall be set back less than 60 feet from any public street bounding the project area. There shall be one parking space for each 200 square feet of total floor space. Any part of the project not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading and accessways shall be landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs or pedestrian walkways. The streets, parking areas and walks shall be paved with hard surface materials meeting specifications approved by the town. The design guidelines for large retail establishments as outlined in article VII, division 8, of this chapter.
