Design

Large retail design guidelines
The design guidelines for large retail establishments as outlined in article VII, division 8, of this chapter.

Other

Landscaping requirement
Any part of the project not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading and accessways shall be landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs or pedestrian walkways.
Paving requirement
Streets, parking areas and walks shall be paved with hard surface materials meeting specifications approved by the town.

From the ordinance

Aggregate of all buildings shall not exceed 50% of lot area. No building set back less than 30 ft from public street. One parking space per 200 sq ft floor space.
