• Maximum contiguous wall length without windows30 ft

  Each phase shall have adequate provision for access, parking, storm water management, utilities, and other public improvements... Open space areas shall be reasonably proportioned in each phase.

• Residential floor area as percentage of gross floor area

  The gross residential floor area in any MXD Development shall be no less than a minimum of ten (10) percent and no greater than a maximum of seventy-five (75) percent of gross floor area within the MXD Development.
