Small Lot Development in the R-4 District shall require a minimum lot area of 3,000 square feet. No lot within a small lot development shall be larger than 7,499 square feet. Front setback (minimum) 10 ft. Building height (maximum) 30 ft and 2.5 stories. Lot coverage (maximum) 65%. No off-street vehicular parking shall be required for a small lot development.
