From the ordinance
Any person... who violates any of the sections of this chapter... shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10.00 or more than $1,000.00. As provided in section 1-13(d), each day upon which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
