Mobile home parks legally in existence prior to November 1, 1988, may be continued so long as the use remains otherwise lawful, provided that: (1) No such mobile home park use existing on November 1, 1988, shall be enlarged or increased or extended to occupy a greater area of land than was occupied on such date, except in accordance with this chapter. (2) No such mobile home park shall be moved in whole or in part to any portion of the lot or parcel other than that occupied by such use on November 1, 1988.
