All mobile home parks shall have a minimum area of at least three acres. A minimum of three spaces shall be completed and ready for occupancy before the first occupancy is permitted. (2) No mobile/manufactured home shall be placed within 25 feet of another. (3) The minimum length of a mobile/manufactured home lot within the park shall be 85 feet, and the minimum width shall be 50 feet. (5) No mobile/manufactured home shall be placed less than 25 feet from the mobile home park boundary. The distance from the line or corner of the mobile/manufactured home stand to a public street shall be 40 feet or more from any street right-of-way, which is 50 feet or greater in width, or 60 feet or more from the centerline of any street right-of-way less than 50 feet in width.
