There shall be one guest parking space for every ten (10) mobilehome parcels, or fraction of ten (10), within the mobilehome park.

A parcel in a mobilehome park shall contain a minimum area of one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet with a minimum width of thirty feet (30') fronting on a driveway... The maximum lot or parcel coverage of a mobilehome parcel shall not exceed seventy five percent (75%) of the total area of the parcel.
