When a place of religious assembly adjoins a residential use type, a Type A buffer yard in accordance with section 5-400 shall be provided between the parking area(s) and the residential use type. In the A-L, A-R and RVC districts: A conditional use permit shall be required for establishing a new place of religious assembly.
