From the ordinance

For townhouses for sale and similar attached development types, the development or project shall consist of at least ten dwelling units with no less than three and no more than six units contiguous to one another. Public water and public sewer service shall be provided. Overall project density shall not exceed six dwelling units per acre including public or commonly used rights-of-way constructed to serve the project.
