Minimum tract size: One acre. Minimum lot width and frontage of 100 feet. Minimum lot depth of 150 feet. Public water and public sewer service shall be provided. Overall project density shall not exceed ten dwelling units per acre (4,356 square feet of lot area per dwelling unit) exclusive of public or commonly used rights-of-way.
