- Community meeting required
The applicant shall hold a public community meeting prior to the planning commission's public hearing to give the community an opportunity to hear from the applicant and ask questions regarding the proposed facility.

The facility shall have 24/7 automated fire detection. Each battery energy storage system shall include fire mitigation technology to prevent the spread of fire among containers or assemblies and shall not require the actions of personnel to suppress or otherwise engage a thermal event or fire.
