  • All-weather road requirement

    Each building intended to accommodate members shall be accessible via an all weather road suitable to accommodate emergency vehicles serving the property.

  • Buffer evergreen trees

    Any outdoor activity area, swimming pool, or ball field or court which adjoins a residential use type shall be landscaped with one row of small evergreen trees in accordance with section [30-92] along the property line adjoining the residential use type.

  • Caretaker home allowed

    One year-round residence, including a Class A or B manufactured home, may be constructed as a caretakers home.
