  • Minimum distance between unattached structures40 ft

    The minimum distance between any two unattached townhouse structures shall be 40 feet. The setback shall be increased to 60 feet if the townhouse structures are face to face.

Overall project density shall not exceed six dwelling units per acre including public or commonly used rights-of-way constructed to serve the project. Each townhouse shall be erected or placed on a specifically designated land area or on a lot containing not less than 2,500 square feet.
