Buildings or structures used in conjunction with a bona fide agricultural use or operation in the A-L, Agricultural Limited District or the A-R, Agricultural-Rural District shall be exempt from the height limits. Private stables in A-R, RVC, and R-1 districts shall comply with the following requirements: Minimum lot size: Two acres. On lots of less than ten acres, no more than one stable animal per acre shall be permitted. Minimum setback for stables and riding arenas: 100 feet from all property lines. In the A-L and A-R districts, an accessory apartment may be permitted in a building other than the principal building provided the parcel contains a minimum of 150 percent of the minimum lot size required and the building complies with all setback requirements for a principal building.
