- Farm employee housing
Class B manufactured home permitted as accessory to agricultural use for farm employee. Max one dwelling per 50 acres. Multi-family housing for seasonal employees allowed for orchards. All farm employee housing shall be part of group of farm buildings and comply with principal structure setbacks.
From the ordinance
A Class B manufactured home shall be permitted as an accessory use to an agricultural use exclusively for a farm employee, and his/her family. No more than one farm employee dwelling for each 50 acres in the total acreage of the farm shall be permitted.
