Lots or parcels of record within the RMA may be exempt from the provisions if they meet all criteria: do not possess a RMA feature (100-year floodplain, nontidal wetlands not connected, highly erodible soils, slopes >15%, 100-foot land adjacent to RPA) and provide environmental site assessment.
