The following provisions shall apply to Bed and Breakfast Uses located in residential zoning districts: A. The minimum lot size for a Bed and Breakfast Home use shall be one and one-half (1.5) acres if associated uses referenced in Subsection H are proposed on the property. The minimum lot size for a Bed and Breakfast with no associated uses is 0.5 acres. B. The maximum number of guest rooms shall be ten (10) for Bed and Breakfasts with a lot size of one and one-half (1.5) acres or greater. The maximum number of guest rooms shall be six (6) for Bed and Breakfasts with a lot size of 0.5 acres to 1.49 acres. C. No provisions shall be allowed for cooking in individual guest rooms. D. Parking shall be provided as follows: Two (2) spaces for residents, one (1) space per guest room and spaces for associated uses as determined by the Planning Commission.
