Height

The minimum lot size for a duplex structure is eight thousand (8,000) square feet... The minimum lot width at the setback line shall be seventy (70) feet... Each side yard shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet... maximum building coverage shall be thirty-five percent (35%)... buildings may be erected up to two and one-half (2½) stories, but not to exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height.
