Any two (2) adjacent businesses located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the right-of-way of Interstate 66 and which share a common highway entrance shall be authorized to erect one (1) sign structure containing a separate sign for each business

Any two (2) adjacent businesses located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the right-of-way of Interstate 66 and which share a common highway entrance shall be authorized to erect one (1) sign structure containing a separate sign for each business which may be erected on the property of either business or partially on each property; provided that such sign structure and the signs thereon comply with the provisions of this section with regard to height and maximum size for each sign on the structure.
