Ethnic food shops may erect signs as follows: [1] Identification Signs: One (1) ground-mounted or wall sign not to exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area and eight (8) feet in height for ground-mounted signs or ten (10) feet in height for wall-mounted signs. [2] Directional Signs: Directional signs not exceeding three (3) square feet in area and located on private property, subject to the requirements of Section 175-106.A.6.g.
