- Sand, shale and clay mining conditions
All mining shall be above the mean, existing grade level. All mining operations shall meet all applicable requirements of state and federal agencies. Such mining operations shall meet the landscaping and screening requirements, supplementary regulations, height, area and bulk regulations and site plan requirements contained in the EM Extractive Manufacturing District regulations.
