Where buffering is required under the Use Performance Standards.

  Screening shall be required to conceal specific areas from both on-site and off-site views. Such areas shall be screened at all times, regardless of adjacent uses, adjacent districts, or other proximate landscaping material. Specific areas to be screened include: waste receptacles, loading and service areas, outdoor storage areas, ground-based utility equipment with size in excess of 12 cubic feet, and ground level mechanical units.

• Tree protection fence distance from dripline5 ft

  Trees and groups of trees which are to be preserved shall be enclosed by a temporary fence or barrier to be located and maintained five feet outside of their dripline during construction.

• Waste receptacle enclosure

  Waste receptacles and refuse containers shall be fully enclosed with tightly-fitting lids.
