a loading space is a space within the principal building or on the same lot providing for the standing, loading, or unloading of trucks, and having a minimum area of 480 square feet, a minimum width of 12 feet, a minimum depth of 40 feet, and a vertical clearance of at least 15 feet. ... Whenever an off-street loading area is located in or adjacent to a residential district, it shall be effectively screened ... not less than four feet nor more than 6 feet in height
