DWELLING, GARDEN COURT — One unit of a series of one or more detached one-family dwellings erected on lots enclosed to the rear of the front building line on all sides by a continuous screening fence or wall not less than six and not more than seven feet high, or a side wall of a building with no openings, with no adjacent units of any series of units having the same contents of materials on fences, walls, or side walls of buildings.
