- Buffer grade requirement
The buffer zone, upon completion of the development of the project, shall be at or near the same grade or plane which existed prior to the development of the project, unless otherwise expressly reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission and the Town Council.
- Buffer landscaping requirement10 ft
At least 10 feet of its width shall be landscaped and maintained with grass, trees, or shrubs. The remaining fifteen-foot width can also be maintained as above or can be utilized as part of the parking area, or simply left as open space, but no building or signs, or other structural improvements shall be erected upon it.

C. Area regulations. In this district the area regulations, maximum lot coverage, height regulations, and off-street parking shall comply with the requirements of the B-2 District, with the additional requirements as listed below. ... There shall be a forty-foot setback from the front property line to the improvements and a twenty-five-foot setback from all adjoining property to the improvements.
