A lot abutting on a curved street or streets shall be considered a corner lot if straight lines drawn from the foremost point of the lot meet an interior angle of less than 135°.

LOT, CORNER — A lot abutting upon two or more streets at their intersection. The front of the lot will be determined by the Zoning Administrator in conjunction with the developer based on the best use of the land and the appropriateness for the existing neighborhood. In general, the front of the structure placed on the lot should face the front of the lot. A lot abutting on a curved street or streets shall be considered a corner lot if straight lines drawn from the foremost point of the lot meet an interior angle of less than 135°.
