An "unenclosed porch" is a porch with no side enclosure (other than the side of the building to which the porch is attached) that is more than 18 inches in height, exclusive of screens.

PORCH — Any porch shall include a veranda, gallery, terrace, or similar projection from a main wall of a building and covered by a roof, other than a carport as defined in this article. An "unenclosed porch" is a porch with no side enclosure (other than the side of the building to which the porch is attached) that is more than 18 inches in height, exclusive of screens.
