GROUP HOUSING PROJECT — A group housing project shall consist of two or more buildings located on a site with a minimum land area of two acres where the building arrangement is such that the property cannot be subdivided into conventional streets and lots that meet the requirements of this chapter and Article IX, Subdivision Regulations, of this chapter.
