From the ordinance

There shall be a forty-foot setback from the front property line to the improvements and a twenty-five-foot setback from all adjoining property to the improvements. This twenty-five-foot setback shall act as a buffer. At least 10 feet of its width shall be landscaped and maintained with grass, trees, or shrubs.
