Floodplain

  • Cumulative effect restriction

    No new construction or development shall be allowed unless it is demonstrated that the cumulative effect will not increase the 100-year flood elevation more than one foot.

  • Lowest floor elevation2 ft

    The lowest floor of any structure must be no less than two feet above the base flood elevation or floodproofed to no less than two feet above the base flood elevation.
