Fencing & walls

From the ordinance

No fence in any residential district shall exceed six feet in height. Any fence located in a front yard in any district shall not exceed 42 inches in height, unless the surface of at least 50% of the area of the fence over 42 inches tall is uncovered to allow visibility through the fence. On corner lots in residential districts, there shall be no planting, fence or obstruction to vision more than three feet high, less than 20 feet from the intersection of two street lines.
