  • Appeal filing period30 days

    An appeal to the Board may be taken by any person aggrieved ... within 30 days after the decision.

    A certificate of occupancy shall be required in advance of occupancy or use of a building hereafter erected, altered so as to affect height or yard dimensions, or changed in type of occupancy or use.
