For each retail store, storage warehouse, wholesale establishment, industrial plant, factory, freight terminal, market, restaurant, mortuary, laundry, dry cleaning establishment, or similar use which has an aggregate floor area of: Over 10,000 sq ft but not over 25,000 sq ft: one space; Over 25,000 but not over 60,000: two spaces; Over 60,000 but not over 120,000: three spaces; Over 120,000 but not over 200,000: four spaces; Over 200,000 but not over 290,000: five spaces; For each additional 90,000 sq ft or major fraction thereof: one space. For each apartment building having over 50 dwelling units: one space.
