  The maximum slope of any required buffer yard shall be 2:1.

  Required evergreen shrubs shall have a minimum height of 18 inches at the time of planting.

• Evergreen shrub spacing5 ft

  They shall be planted five feet on center or less.

  These shrubs shall have an ultimate height of not less than six feet at maturity.

  Required large deciduous trees shall have a minimum caliper of one inch at the time of planting.

  One tree shall be planted for each 30 linear feet of buffer yard.
