- Outdoor storage restrictions
Outdoor storage areas shall be used for the storage of motor vehicles, trailers, and recreational vehicles only. All outdoor storage areas shall be screened from adjoining properties by a Type B buffer yard in accordance with section 5-400.

The servicing, repair or fabrication of motor vehicles, boats, trailers, lawn mowers, appliances or other similar equipment. The operation of power tools, spray-painting equipment, table saws, lathes, compressors, welding equipment, kilns, or other similar equipment. The establishment of a transfer and storage business. The storage or transfer of toxic, flammable, or otherwise hazardous chemicals or similar substances, highly combustible, explosive or hazardous materials regulated by local, state, or federal law.
